2010

Business Startup

In March 2010, Junpai Machinery Parts Factory was established in Pingzhou, Nanhai District, Foshan City. Driven by years of dedicated research and passion for food-processing machinery, the company’s founder has focused on the R&D, design, manufacturing, and sales of multifunctional filling-and-encasing machines, automatic mooncake-forming machines, automatic plating machines, filling-dividing machines, and other filling-and-forming equipment. The company is committed to proactive customer service and a strong market presence.

2012

Establish a brand

To meet growing customer demand, the factory relocated to Dali in Nanhai in October 2012 to expand production capacity and was subsequently rebranded as Foshan Nanhai Junpai Machinery Co., Ltd. The company has consistently strengthened close collaboration with industry clients, closely aligned with customer needs to drive continuous optimization and improvement, and steadily enhanced and upgraded equipment performance, earning widespread acclaim from customers. The Junpai brand has earned broad recognition and strong endorsement from industry clients.

2016

Pioneering and striving for progress

Committed to meeting customer needs, the company not only specializes in fully automated equipment for filling and shaping mooncakes and other stuffed pastries, but has also independently developed and innovated to launch a range of egg-roll products, including automatic phoenix roll machines, phoenix mini egg-roll machines, crisp-biscuit machines, and long egg-roll machines. The company’s three major product lines—filling-and-shaping equipment, fully automated egg-roll equipment, and portioning-and-forming equipment—comprehensively address the production equipment requirements of bakery and pastry customers. Several of its technologies have been awarded national patents, with the innovative automatic rolling mechanism for phoenix rolls marking a groundbreaking shift in phoenix egg-roll production from semi-automatic to fully automated operations. The company is regularly invited to participate in baking-equipment exhibitions both domestically and internationally, with its products enjoying strong sales at home and abroad and serving thousands of customers worldwide.

2021

Carry forward the past and open up the future

To better serve our broad customer base and ensure the company’s stable development, we have acquired a 5,000-square-meter standard industrial facility in the Zhongji Dugu Industrial Park within the Shunde National High-Tech Zone and put it into operation in October 2021. We have comprehensively implemented an ERP management system, introduced the 6S workplace management standard and ISO 9001 quality management across our production workshops, and successfully obtained ISO certification, thereby delivering even higher-quality equipment and services to our customers. Upholding a philosophy of innovation, proactive advancement, and sustainable development, we remain committed to building a solid foundation, carrying forward our legacy while forging ahead, and dedicating ourselves to providing premium products and services to the food machinery industry.
